**Some oversized items have weight specific shipping built in and may show a different price during checkout.
Shipping Address Policy
When an order is shipping to a different address than the billing address, we require that all the credit card information be verified with the issuing bank. Contact your credit card company and let them know that you would like to add an alternate or authorized address. If your credit card company does not allow this, simply have them list the address in your account notes or memo area. This will help avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order. If the alternate address provided to us during checkout is NOT authorized by the issuing bank, we will not ship your order to any location other than your verified billing address. This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use. Please note that shipping to an alternate address can cause a slight delay in the ordering process.
We may also require a phone conversation to those who purchase a high priced item. We're commited to the security of our customers and their accounts, and we are making every effort to prevent credit card fraud.
International Shipping Policy
Dealer agreements prohibit us from shipping the following brands outside the United States: Gibson, Epiphone, Tobias, Valley Arts, Fender, Gretsch, Squier, Elixir, Shure, Samson, Hartke, Rocktron and Zoom. Any order placed with items of these brands on it, will have the items removed and shipped without them. All orders made outside the Continental U.S. DO NOT qualify for any FREE shipping promotions (i.e. Free shipping over $199). We also do not ship oversized items internationally. These include instruments, amps, cases, etc.

Oversized Item Shipping Policy
Oversized items (i.e. some instrument cases, amplifiers, etc.) purchased from our website have shipping options available to them during the checkout process. Some are based on price, but others may have weight specific charges. If you order two or more oversized items, we will add the extra shipping charges during order processing.
